FAQ
FAQ about virtual classes are found HERE.
What are your pricing and shipping policies?
My paintings are consistently priced throughout all galleries, e-commerce locations, and the studio.
All paintings over 24" x 24" require special packaging and handling. I'll be happy to give you a shipping quote based on size, weight, and destination; just send me a message through the contact form. Once you are ready to make your purchase, simply add the product to your cart and complete your transaction. You'll notice shipping costs are set to $0.00 since each of my paintings will have unique considerations. I'll be in touch shortly after your order is placed and process a separate transaction for shipping costs with your approval.
For paintings under 24" x 24", shipping is a flat fee by size. At checkout, select the shipping option for the largest painting in your cart.
Will you deliver and install my painting?
If you live in the metro Atlanta area, delivery and installation are available for an additional fee, and based on location and size of painting. If you are interested in this service, please contact me here.
Can I return a painting if I don't like it?
All sales are final, unless I make a mistake with a listing, or the colors are truly misrepresented in the photo. If you are not sure if the colors you see in a painting are exactly what you want, ask for more photos. I do that all the time!
If you are getting a painting through a promotion, double check you applied the correct code at checkout and it is reflected in your final total before you submit your order. Sales are final once you submit.
Can I commission you to paint something?
I happily take commissions based on my current body of work. Commissions require a $1000 minimum. You can view the details of my commission policy here.
Can I get you to frame a painting for me once I purchase it?
If you are local to the Atlanta area, I am happy to work with you on framing. However, for those outside of Atlanta, I’d recommend using your own local framer and avoid shipping a framed piece (for both cost and damage aspects). I do always advise to hang your painting unframed and live with it for awhile to see if you really need a frame! All of my paintings are gallery wrapped (i.e., painted on the sides) so look finished unframed.
Do you work with designers?
Yes, I happily work with designers! Please use the contact form to reach out; I'd love to discuss your latest project and ideas.
I am a blogger/influencer/editor and would love to feature you! Would you be interested?
I'd be thrilled to be featured! Please contact me through the contact form with more details; happy to provide you with the perfect images and information.
My school/organization is hosting a fundraiser. Will you donate a painting?
I donate to select causes that are personal to me and my local community (i.e., your school that my family has no involvement in is not going to be chosen). I have a set amount of donations I make a year, all of which I commit to at the beginning of each year. If you'd like to me to consider yours for the following year, please submit by October 1st of this year. You can do so here.
Where is your studio located? May I stop by?
My studio is located in my home in Sandy Springs, GA (right outside of Atlanta). If you are local or passing through, please set up an appointment to come see the work in person! I'd love to have you. Set up an appointment here. That being said, most of my current paintings are available to see in the galleries who represent my work.
