This is the piece that goes with any décor, and yet as you get closer you realize it’s more than just a pretty face: there’s tons of layers of paint, charcoal and pastel. It has a gorgeous blue seal from a vintage mortgage document for 1825 London—a nod to the past, while the contemporary color palette and marks celebrate the future… hence the title. We love putting a 40” x 30” in a kitchen, entry way, hall way or bathroom—it’s a big but not too big size that let’s you place it just about anywhere.

This original painting is a 40” height x 30” width x 1.5” depth mixed oil media (oil paint and pastel) on stretched canvas. It is framed in a white oak floater frame which adds an extra inch all around.

• It is painted on the sides (i.e., gallery wrapped) for a finished look without the frame.
• For authentication, it is signed and dated on the back.
